Feliks Zemdegs wins the World Rubik's Cube Championship 2013!

Feliks Zemdegs wins the World Rubik's Cube Chamionship 2013 with an average of 8.18!!! He is now the only speedcuber in history to take top 3 in a World Championship twice (in 3x3). Mats Valk took second with 8.65 while Sebastian Weyer took third with a time of 8.86.

I want to thank Season 2 hosts Austin Reed and Chris Wall for hosting the live stream of the competition throughout the weekend. There were a few hiccups, but I believe that they did a fantastic job with what they had to work with (which was not much). Hats off to them for their labor of love!

We will be continuing our World Chamionship coverage with an interview with THE NEW WORLD CHAMPION Feliks Zemdegs later this week along with other notable cubers from around the world. Please stay tuned!

Thanks a lot for doing this!
I know you had more than your fair share of technical hiccups, aswell as heads, backs, and boxes! it must have been quite stressful. Even so really appreciate this, amazing job especially at the end 3x3 when you got an amazing camera setup, superb stuff!!
